Refund Policy
All our orders are scheduled for shipment immediately after the order has been placed. We are unable cancel an order once it has been scheduled for shipment so we kindly ask that you please double check your cart before checking out. If you have mistakenly placed your order, kindly contact our customer care immediately and we will try to our best to accommodate your request yet no guarantee that we are able to process the change.
It is unlikely to receive damaged items since we have our QA team check our products prior to shipment. If you receive a damaged item or not satisfied with the quality of our product, kindly feedback to our customer care immediately so we may review and investigate the issue. We will be sending a replacement item to the original address from the initial order. Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for situations out of control.
Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to process a return or exchange, kindly contact our customer care within 14 days after receiving the product. Items must be unused and in the condition you received them. Once received at our warehouse, we will process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund may take up to 10 days to be processed. Returns will be reimbursed via store credit.
