Choosing The Right Fabric
Part of the evolution of sportswear was triggered by 19th-century developments in female activewear which later on evolved into a fitness fashion ritual due to the fast trending self-affirmation culture and increasing popularity of the modern lifestyle for travel and fitness in social media resulted atheisure to become a fast booming industry in early 2000.
All of our products use recyclable synthetic materials such as nylon and polyester blended with elastane (spandex). Both man made fibers are cost effective and are widely used world wide for its winning performance in the sports industry. Both fabrics are thermoplastics, have high electrical conductivity, high resilience and are mold resistant. The only difference between the two are (1) nylon (PA) has better moisture absorption than polyester (PE), (2) nylon has higher heat tolerance of 180 degrees celcius compared to polyester 160 degrees celcius and (3) polyester has better UV resistance than nylon.
We use high quality grade of synthetic fibers. Our workmanship
